Here’s how you make it!
Ingredients:
Dark / Red Rum 50 ml
Sugar Syrup 25 ml
Cooking Cream 25 ml
Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp
A Coupe Glass
Method:
Start by adding the rum into the coupe glass followed by sugar syrup.
With the back of a spoon kept on the rim of the coupe glass, gently pour the cream over the rum to ensure the layers remain separate.
For the finishing touches, sprinkle on some cinnamon powder and enjoy!
